Whatever it should be called, I have great news! 
, an amazing artist and a friend of mine, has opened up a Patreon! For those who don't know, Patreon is basically a tipping jar for your favorite content creators, and a great way to support what they do best. Not only that, there are also rewards as well! I'll leave the link to KC's journal if you guys want to know more and check out her Patreon page, but I just wanted to get the word out and help out as much as I can!

What's in the Box?!: An Update

Hello everyone, long time no see! I hope everybody had a good Christmas/other holiday. Anyway, we're on the cusp of a new year. 2016 was bizarre at best, but we must look to the future! Speaking of which, 2017 WILL be the year I get serious. Here's what I'm hoping to get off the ground.
Rebranding
I've been wanting to do this for a long while, since my current name here doesn't exactly roll off the tongue very well. The name's already been made, and as soon as I can I'll rebrand myself as "Cucoolander" across everything that I'm on! However, I won't be able to do that here until I get a membership for this site, and quite frankly it's not my first priority to buy one. It will be awhile before this account is renamed, but everything else will easily be changed. So yeah, Cucoolander will be coming soon! Speaking of which...
Cucoolander: The YouTube Channel
The content I want to put on this channel has been finalized! Animation, reviews, and animated vlogs will be the focus of this channel, plus the possible podcast if the cards are right. As for games, well that'll be relegated to a second channel as I don't want that to become the main course. I am planning to take on YouTube full time for at least awhile, and I don't feel my hobby should become a part of my job. So yeah, look forward to that!
Silver Blade progress
I'll be honest, I haven't been working on this for quite some time. I will get back to it, but it'll be awhile before I can finally feel confident enough to post the final product. Trust me, this WILL get done. I'm also thinking about changing the name, but I'll cross that bridge when I get there. However, I will be posting my progress here, character sheets, backgrounds, etc. At least that should be enough for now, right?
Comics
I am planning on doing small side projects on the side, one of which will be based off my experiences in FFXIV. Trust me when I say I love that game to death, and I want to express that sentiment! It has its own Tumblr blog and will be posted there first, but after it's posted the current comic will end up here and on my art Twitter. I should be starting it in January. Also, I might get back into OCTs. Might...

Just a heads-up, my art Twitter will be replacing the current one I have linked so that y'all can follow what I draw from there! My personal one has gotten too far along to post anything there, so that one serve as the sole home for all my art as well as give updates to my YouTube channel! My art Tumblr will also receive a face-lift...
Commissions and Jobs
Bad news: Still don't have a job. Good news: I will try opening up commissions. If and when they do open, I'm thinking about having a flat rate of $5 as a starting point. Keep in mind, that once my skill increases and more people start to order, I will create separate prices for different types of commissions. Line art will always be $5 if not lower. Now if only I had the gall to open a PayPal...
Promise
Last, but not least, I want to declare something. That throughout 2017, I will be more active, posting more art, creating more content, and getting what I want to get done officially off the ground! That is all. Look forward to it.
Anyway, have a good rest of the year, a great 2017, and I hope to see y'all on the flipside!

Hey, it's been awhile

Yes, I've pretty much been absent for quite some time. Before I start giving an update on what's going on, I gotta pardon the amount of dust I made of this site lately. To be honest, my motivation to draw was pretty lacking up until this point and as a result I might've end up lapsing my skill a bit. However, soon I'm going to have to get serious about drawing and animation for a living, so I'm going to push myself to draw as soon as an idea pops into my head. Now that's done, onto the update.
- College has just started. Actually, I quite like it! I haven't gotten to the more advanced stuff yet, but I'm sure by next semester it'll pick up. Now this means that I'm really gonna have to focus on this, especially since not doing so already bit me in the rear.
- Speaking of which, I will be getting a job to support my expenses. The problem is that it's kinda hard to get one in the first place. I figure once I start really picking up, I might open a Patreon to help, but for now I'm thinking about taking commission to for at least until I get a job. I just need to get several important details up and out of the way before I do so, so try to stay tuned for that one.
- As for the status of any OCT, comic, ect., I'm going to be backing out of those for quite sometime. Again, I haven't been drawing for the longest time, so I fear my skills are not up to snuff anymore. Until I remedy this, all comics of any sort will be put on hold, at least until I feel confident in my abilities again.
I think that's all I really have to say, lest I'm forgetting something important... Welp, time to get back to the front! But first, some sleep. (I really shouldn't be staying up this late.)

Sorry for not letting y'all know sooner, but I'm back from vacation! However, I'm a two days late starting "IIDX Month", but hey it's 24 out the the 30 days I have, so I'll get to it. In fact, I'm working on the first one right now. I have a feeling I'm in for a lot of work, but hey we'll see where it goes. I'm just glad to be back home!
